Folding type anchors are expandable anchoring systems and definitely a modern eco-mooring anchoring method. Folding type anchors are installed in the sea - bottom, using special hydraulic underwater tools and machines, without the need for excavation. The use of these anchors is a completely ecological solution as their placement and removal does not disturb the natural environment, while the anchor chains practically emerge through the sand. The use of folding type anchors reduces the required length of the chain, since with this method we take full advantage of the ground resistance.
